1. Returns:

• You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or final sale products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, simply follow the returns process and place a new order for the preferred item.

4. Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.
